  • Software / firmware issues originating from the device
  • Connector and cable defects (where supplied)

What's Not Covered

  • Physical damage, accidents, or misuse
  • Damage from incorrect installation or non-certified electricians
  • Consumable parts (fuses, protective covers)
  • Damage due to power surges beyond specified rating

Warranty Period

AC Chargers — 2 years from date of purchase

DC Fast Chargers — 2 years from date of purchase
